1. If you would like to buy or reserve an artwork, send us an email by clicking on the link ‚Reserve Artwork‘ below the work that interests you. We will reserve the work for you until you have completed steps 2 - 5 as detailed below.

2.You can choose between three charities to support with the purchase of a work: Switzerland for UNHCR, the LGBTQ Emergency Fund for Ukraine by Pink Cross and Glückskette. Just click one of the links in the 'Make A Donation'- section below - this will redirect you to the respective charity.

3. Once you are on the website of the charity of your choice you can make the donation in your own name - this way, if you live in Switzerland, you can deduct the donation from your taxes. Simply enter the price of the artwork that you would like to purchase as the amount of your donation.

4.After the payment went through, the charity will send you a payment confirmation via email. Please keep this email at hand; this confirmation is the base for handing over the artwork.

5.After we have received the confirmation, we will mark the work as ‚Sold‘ on this website and forward you the contact of the artist so you can make arrangement for the transport.
The artworks included in the Donation ♥ Campaign will be exhibited at the Atelierhaus Klingental on the occasion of the Kaserne Arealfest on 24th September 2022. The sold artworks can be picked up at the Atelierhaus Klingental during this time. Please note that the prices of the artworks do not include transport or shipping fees. If you're not able to pick up the work on this date, alternative shipment arrangements can be made directly with the respective artists.
The Atelierhaus Klingental is located in the renovated medieval church that includes 30 artist studios in the centre of Klein-Basel.

The Atelierhaus Klingental - Förderateliers Klingentalkirche is managed by the Department of Culture Basel-Stadt.

About the history of the building:

The monastery church of the Dominicans, consecrated around 1293, is one of the largest surviving mendicant churches on the Upper Rhine. The church, which was later used as a warehouse, barracks and then as a studio, was included in the very first list of protected monuments in Basel in 1915. The Klingental Church has been used for artist studios since the 1960s. After several years of renovation, the Klingentalkirche has been used again as a studio building since September 2020, offering space for 30 studios. Donation ♥︎ Campaign

In response to the ongoing global emergency the artists of Atelierhaus Klingental have launched a Donation ♥︎ Campaign, where a selection of their artworks can be purchased in exchange for donations to support people in urgent need of help. Donations can be made to UNHCR Switzerland, Glückskette or the LGBTQ Emergency Fund for Ukraine by Pink Cross, if you live in Switzerland you can deduct your donation from your taxes. You can find a step-by-step 'Donation Guide' PDF on the upper right corner of this website.

The Donation ♥︎ Campaign starts 01.09. with the Kunsttage Basel and lasts until the Kaserne Arealfest on 24.09.2022.

We are happy to welcome you to our group show on 23 and 24 September at Atelierhaus Klingental that will include all the donated artworks. The works can be purchased during the exhibition or beforehand via the instructions on this website.
